    I've just been offered a FTA contract following on from my Brook Street assignment. I've had a couple of assignments with this agency my first was 3-6 months ongoing but actually lasted for just over 2 years. At my current assignment I was greeted at my new place of work on my first day by Joanne Hughes, which I thought was a nice touch and I personally have been fully supported by Joanne too. Joanne also called into the office a few times to ensure that the team was doing ok. There is one thing that I would say, is that sometimes the application process is not as straightforward as it should be. My experience involved the supplying of documents through another department. I sent in all of the requested documents only to be contacted to say that I didn't send anything in, in my previous name - I did send in my wedding certificate which showed my maiden name. I've only had my maiden name and my married name but I was being asked for other documents in my maiden name which I hadn't used in excess of 20+ years- very strange! However this wouldn't put me off using Brook Street in future if I needed to. Thanks again to Joanne and Brook Street for securing me employment.
